Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the Vyapaarx Travels agent platform operated by Vyapaarx Solution Pvt Ltd. By signing in and using the platform you agree to them.
1. Who may use the platform
The platform is for registered travel agencies and their staff. Logins are issued by Vyapaarx Travels to a named agency. You may not share your login, sell access to it, or allow anyone outside your agency to use it. You are responsible for everything done under your login.
2. Bookings and suppliers
Fares, availability and inventory shown on the platform come from third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport and service providers) and can change or sell out at any time. A booking is confirmed only when the supplier issues a confirmation or ticket number. Each supplier's own fare rules, baggage rules and conditions apply to the booking.
3. Pricing, margin and payment
Prices shown to your customer include any margin you set. You are responsible for the price you quote to your customer and for collecting payment from them. Amounts due to Vyapaarx Travels are settled from your wallet balance or as otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription charges are billed monthly in advance and are not pro-rated for part months.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations, date changes and refunds follow the supplier's rules for that booking, plus any service fee shown at the time of cancellation. Refunds are passed on once received from the supplier. Timelines quoted for refunds are estimates, not guarantees, because they depend on the supplier and the payment channel.
5. Your responsibilities
You must give accurate traveller details, check names against passports and identity documents, and inform your customers of visa, passport, health and entry requirements before travel. Information shown on the platform about visas and entry rules is a guide only — the authority of the destination country is final.
6. Availability of the service
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, supplier outages and events outside our control may interrupt service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost bookings, arising from such interruptions.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, has unpaid dues, or is used in a way that risks the platform or its suppliers. Where practical we will tell you first.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
